This program equips students with the skills and knowledge required to plan, organize, and manage a wide range of events, from corporate functions to large-scale public events. It combines event planning principles with business and marketing concepts to prepare students for dynamic roles in the events industry.
Students study key areas such as event planning, project management, marketing and promotion, budgeting, logistics, and client relations. The curriculum emphasizes practical experience, creativity, and problem-solving, enabling students to manage events from concept to execution.
The optional co-op component provides valuable industry experience, allowing students to apply their skills in real-world settings and build professional networks. Graduates are prepared for careers in event planning, event coordination, hospitality, and related fields.
