The University of York International Pathway College is part of the University of York, and offers pathway courses to prepare students for a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

This course will introduce students to advanced concepts and techniques in the field of human resource management.

York's research-led teaching gives students access to the latest thinking in business leadership, employment relations, organisational growth and sustainability, and the societal impacts of emerging employment practices. Students will consider global and local perspectives, with a particular focus on how organisations can manage their employee resources to gain a competitive advantage.

Students will gain internationally-relevant skills that create career opportunities in consultancy, recruitment, training and other HR roles which facilitate global business.
