In today’s global economy, international trade is the engine for economic development around the world, according to the Washington State Office of Community, Trade and Economic Development. The world’s leading companies and organizations need experts to help them build and deliver products better, faster and cheaper.
The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in international business and trade emphasizes the specific job skills required for entry-level employment in such positions like exporting and importing specialists. This degree will prepare students for work in critically important and fast-growing international trade in the Pacific Northwest.
