The International Incorporated Master’s is designed for those students who do not qualify for direct entry to a postgraduate degree at the University of Dundee. This could be because of the grades achieved in students undergraduate degree; their current qualifications are not equivalent to a UK undergraduate degree or if students want to improve their academic and English language skills.
Students will have opportunities to develop their professional knowledge of English language teaching within a global context, with particular emphasis on the links between language theory, practice, and research. They will also gain the skills and confidence to teach English as a second language through observations, lesson planning, and micro-teaching.
