The University of York International Pathway College is part of the University of York, and offers pathway courses to prepare students for a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Develop your knowledge of approaches to English language teaching to facilitate better teaching practice.
This course will provide students with the tools and resources needed to evaluate current issues and key trends in language learning and teaching in a range of contexts, and consider their application in classroom instruction, assessment, materials development and the English language curriculum. Students will also learn how to conduct their own research.
