The B.S. degree program is a 120-credit hour course of study designed to be completed in four years. The professional curriculum includes an in-depth study of topics such as the health care system, financial management, organizational behavior and management practice, strategic health planning, health policy, quality management and critical health issues. Internship Experience-An essential component of the academic experience is a 10-13 week field practicum. The administrative internship serves as a “bridge” between concepts, theories and practice. It integrates course work with a supervised practicum experience and allows the student to explore an area of special interest. Criminal background check clearance is required for internship placement.
