What you will study

LLM International Corporate Law and Governance gives students specialist knowledge of the law regulating critical areas of the operation of modern corporation, such as: • the relationship with shareholders • corporate governance • taxation • employment • trade and investments • competition • finance

Students will learn about the global challenges emerging for corporations in areas such as climate change, the requirements of sustainability, inclusivity, the change in business practices and workplace conditions caused by disruptive technologies, and the emerging legal requirements associated with the addressing of these challenges.
