What you will study

Program Description Arts and Festivals Management is an applied subject where students develop an understanding of academic debates and demonstrate their practical skills through projects and two practical placements in their chosen arts sector. The course structure allows students to develop their interests and specialise as they progress through it.

Students will develop a range of interdisciplinary skills such as teamwork, marketing and management theory, fundraising, business planning, licensing, health and safety, programming and cultural policy.

The course will equip students with the practical tools and skills to become leaders in key areas of the cultural arena, including theatres, music venues, galleries, museums and festivals.
