If students hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, but don’t meet the entry requirements for a master’s, a Pre-Master’s can help them gain a place on a postgraduate degree. NTU's MSc Management courses will help students shape their leadership and management skills to become an effective manager, able to operate in dynamic and complex organizational environments. Students will gain an excellent understanding of the core subjects, enabling them to put to theory and contemporary thinking into practice. The pure management route develops a deeper understanding of the central principles of management. Students will engage with relevant and emerging management concerns, including managing across cultures. They will also explore organizational innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as refining their critical understanding of management theory.
