The Work and Organisational Psychology MSc program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively manage people and organizations. Students will learn how to recruit, train, and motivate employees, assess their performance, design work environments and jobs, as well as techniques to manage wellbeing and organizational change, among other skills.
Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to develop practical skills highly valued by employers, such as consultancy and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis software. These skills are designed to enhance students’ abilities as practitioners in the field.
Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared to apply their knowledge and skills to the real world of work.
