Build practical skills for modern construction projects Learn how residential, commercial and industrial buildings are designed and constructed, with a focus on sustainability. Students will develop an understanding of how building systems, regulatory requirements and project planning come together in sustainable construction. They will also use industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD and Revit within BIM-based workflows to support efficient and environmentally responsible projects.
Be the go-to expert on sustainable projects Discover how today's construction teams reduce waste, improve energy performance and choose better materials. Students will work with real green building standards like LEED® and Net-Zero so they understand how sustainability goals turn into real-world decisions.
Step into how real construction teams work Collaborate with students and faculty from architecture, engineering and construction as students plan real building projects. Through shared courses and hands-on assignments, they will coordinate drawings, schedules and specifications the same way professional teams do in active jobs.
