Love animals? Fascinated by systems in the body? Veterinarians fill a unique niche in the medical field as health care professionals whose patients are pets, farm animals, research subjects, and service animals. And just like physicians for humans, veterinarians devote their careers to the care, treatment, and prevention of illness for their patients.
TCC's Pre-Veterinary Program will give students a solid introduction into the concepts, terminology, and current advances in this fascinating field.
TCC offers courses that cover the first 2 years of a typical 4-year college Pre-Veterinary Program (college-level courses) as well as courses to develop skills needed for college-level courses.
