Nottingham Trent International College (at Nottingham Trent University)
If students hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, but don’t meet the entry requirements for a master’s, a Pre-Master’s can help them gain a place on a postgraduate degree. NTU's MSc Finance degree provides students with an in-depth understanding of core financial concepts, theories and tools used in a wide variety of organizations worldwide. It’s designed for ambitious individuals with quantitative abilities but not necessarily a finance related degree who are seeking a career in finance. Throughout the course students will immerse themselves in financial mathematics, model building, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. Students will apply knowledge, tools and techniques to resolve issues in new and diverse situations within the finance disciplines, evaluate the rigour and validity of published research, and assess its relevance to the practice of finance.
In the third semester, students will choose an experiential project. With the opportunity to use their skills in a real-world setting, students can choose from completing a consultancy experience project, an internship experience project, a business research project or a global experience project.
As the university states them. Whether you meet them depends on your own results — ask us and a consultant will check with you.
Tell us, and a consultant will go through the entry requirements with you, work out what you already have and what is missing, and take the application from there.
Leave your name and a way to reach you, and a consultant will get in touch in the language you are reading this in.
