The Level 6 Pre-Master’s Programme (PMP) is a two-semester programme, with guaranteed progression to a wide range of Master’s degrees at Loughborough University.

This Pre-Master’s Programme (PMP) is designed to prepare international students for postgraduate study in the United Kingdom. The PMP will allow them to improve their English while learning the study skills and research methods that they will need during their Master's degree studies. They will study academic modules relating to their chosen progression route. Each semester consists of thirteen teaching weeks, one reading week, and an assessment week. The weekly hours of study varies by semester with them on average studying around 18-21 (and up to 21) hours per week. Each module will have an assessment schedule, which will be completed by the end of the appropriate semester. Assessments will be designed to demonstrate learning across the individual modules of the programme and to allow them to experience a wide range of the assessment methods used in United Kingdom postgraduate programmes. Assessments will include coursework, essays, reports and other structured assignments, oral examination and unseen written examinations.

Master of Science - Digital Entrepreneurship: The Master of Science - Digital Entrepreneurship program is practice-oriented, as it involves practical cases and real entrepreneurship projects with digital foundations. This program will give students an opportunity to learn how to apply a toolkit for digital entrepreneurship in practice. The university will offer them an insight into how to use data analytics and data mining tools and the outputs they generate for decision making. This program is intended for those who want to learn both entrepreneurship and digital tech; (future) entrepreneurs who aspire to learn more about the digital tools available to them; digital specialists who want to learn more about how to start a digital venture.
