What you will study
For entry to the 1st year of an undergraduate degree at Bournemouth University. Students' course length is determined mainly by their English language level (UKVI IELTS score or accepted equivalent). Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) - Mechanical Engineering This degree develops high-calibre engineers who are able to function both as an engineer and a technology leader in sectors such as aerospace, marine, automotive, alternative energy, oil and gas, and other high-tech industries. The BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree is accredited by the Institution of Engineering Designers and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in order to meet in part, the exemplifying academic benchmark requirements for registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
