Foundation Program (091322F) + Diploma of Business (109014M) + Bachelor of International Tourism and Hotel Management (080403G)

The Foundation Program is designed for international students who have not yet completed their high school education to the Australian Year 12 standard, or equivalent. It provides a bridge between secondary school and undergraduate studies to prepare them for entry to and success in university level studies across a broad range of study areas.

Whether students have ambitions of starting their own business or climbing the career ladder in a large organization, the Diploma of Business will give them the fundamental business and leadership skills to progress. On graduation, candidates will be able to take their pick from Queensland’s widest range of business majors, including Financial Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Event Management and Real Estate and Property Development.

In the Bachelor of International Tourism and Hotel Management degree, students will gain an in-depth understanding of the tourism sector, underscored by sustainability principles. They will develop core business skills in areas such as financial management, leadership, management, marketing and strategic management, and enhance these with an understanding of how to manage employment relations in a culturally diverse context.
