Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Clinical Kinesiology (EP)

Program Description All Kinesiology students take a common set of first-year courses before selecting a program/module prior to second year. The program/module students intend to select will determine which electives they should take in first year as each has different prerequisites (see below). First-year students who achieve a 70 per cent average with no mark less than 60 per cent are guaranteed to progress within Kinesiology. Progression requirements for limited enrolment programs may require a higher average.

In the Clinical Kinesiology program, students learn how kinesiology can be applied in a clinical and non-clinical contexts. Students will be introduced to Clinical Kinesiology practice in their course work (e.g., kinesiology in Ontario healthcare, ethics/privacy, program models, clinical assessment, exercise prescription) and will have the opportunity to turn theory into practice in an eight-month clinical placement opportunity.

NOTE: Please note the English scores listed are minimum requirements. Meeting the minimums does not guarantee admission. Students with low English scores may be admitted to the English BOOST Program, a 9 week training program for conditional admission to their chosen program.
