What you will study

University Pathways Fast Track at RMIT UP is an accelerated pathway designed for high-achieving international students, preparing them for university in half the time of a Foundation Studies course. Delivered over one semester by RMIT UP (CRICOS provider number: 01912G), a fully owned entity of RMIT University, the program equips students with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for future academic success.

Located in the heart of Melbourne, RMIT UP’s specialist staff support students throughout their journey, while providing opportunities to build global and social networks that contribute to success at RMIT and beyond.

University Pathways Fast Track features focused, discipline-based streams, allowing students to align their studies with their interests and goals. Available streams include STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Art, Design and Architecture, Business, and Communication and Social Context.

Bachelor of Engineering - Biomedical Engineering (Honours) (BH069P23) (110990H) RMIT’s Bachelor of Engineering (Biomedical Engineering) (Honours) equips students with the knowledge and skills to pursue careers that support people affected by health conditions and the professionals who care for them.

The program covers key areas including biomechanics, medical electronics, mathematics and engineering science, preparing students to work in the rapidly growing medical technology and biotechnology sectors. Graduates are equipped to contribute to the development of assistive technologies, rehabilitation devices, lab-on-a-chip diagnostics and biomaterials.
