Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Health and Social Care

This exciting Health and Social Care degree offers students the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of health and social care that includes a range of issues about living in communities and society. During the course, students will be able to tailor their learning by specialising in key areas of health and social care, and boost their career prospects by undertaking work-based learning.

During the course, students will have an opportunity to incorporate work experience into their academic studies through the Professional Practice module. This experience will allow students to put theory into practice, enhance their understanding of relevant organisations, and develop networks.

Volunteering in a health and social care setting is also encouraged, both as a means of enhancing academic studies and of building relevant experience.
