The business world has dramatically changed since the Covid-19 pandemic began. Due to our growing reliance on technology to stay connected, an increase in industry automation, and rapid advancements in digital infrastructure, companies all around the world are being forced to either transform the way they operate or risk falling behind their competitors.

The Master of Business Administration (International) is an opportunity to develop a suite of professional capabilities that will prepare students for the latest industry changes and challenges. By choosing to study this program, students will have the opportunity to critique and completely reimagine traditional theories of business management.

Students will investigate how the pandemic has accelerated a drastic change for the way managers interact and operate within with their team. Where managers may have previously operated as solo-decision makers or ‘hero leaders’, students will learn new skills to meet the world-wide industry demands for more inclusive, compassionate, capable and collaborative
