Bachelor of Arts - Management is designed for students who wish to own or manage organizations of any size, whether public or private, for-profit or nonprofit. The program emphasizes the influence of the global environment on decision-making and the importance of considering ethical issues from diverse cultural perspectives when making management decisions.

The Management major is offered exclusively at the University Campus. The Business Administration major serves as the alternative program available at Saint Leo’s Education Centers. Students who earn a Bachelor of Arts in Management may not also earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Management, and vice versa.
