Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business and Management - Law (N108)

University of Gloucestershire - Oxstalls

What you will study

Many businesses value employees with knowledge and understanding of the legal system, commercial and employability law alongside the other elements of a business and management degree.

The Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management (Law) provides an in-depth insight into some of the legal issues applicable to business and management. By completing the law stream, students will be able to identify where potential legal issues and liabilities may arise, as well as understanding how the relevant legislation applies in different factual contexts. A broad understanding of different legal areas will be established at Level 4, including Contract Law, tortious liabilities, intellectual property rights and business formation.
