Our Technology and Intellectual Property Law LLM offers students a cutting-edge postgraduate qualification in a fast-growing field. Student will have the opportunity to study a range of specialist areas including law, artificial intelligence and robotics; digital copyright and design law; global data protection law; and regulation of the digital economy and the information society.
The School of Law is home to the University of Nottingham Commercial Law Centre (UNCLC), which is committed to the promotion of research excellence in the field of commercial law as well as the impact of research on commercial law reform and development, nationally and internationally.
The UNCLC offers a variety of placements, internships and research assistant roles to support the activities of the Centre. Students can enrich their learning experience through the Commercial Law Centre seminar series, which is given by distinguished visitors from around the world, and gives them the opportunity to network with legal professionals
