Master of Science - Psychology (Conversion Degree)

The Master of Science - Psychology (Conversion Degree) is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as conferring eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC). It is the first step in becoming a chartered psychologist, which is a requirement for professional careers in psychology such as clinical psychology, educational psychology and forensic psychology. All professional career paths to become a psychologist require additional Masters or Doctoral Level study and supervised workplace practice after the MSc Psychology Conversion degree.

This programme is for students if they have a BSc degree in another subject but want to become a psychologist. It provides them with Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership of the BPS in just one year. It is also suitable if student have a degree in Psychology from another country but want to take steps to become a psychologist in the UK.
