A two-year Landscape Design Technician Diploma provides hands-on learning in design studios and a botanical garden campus, with experienced instructors teaching industry-ready skills. The program focuses on design each semester, equipping graduates for roles in landscape design-build companies, contractors, architectural firms, suppliers, garden centers, nurseries, and municipalities. Students gain expertise in plant identification, landscape design principles, sustainable practices, site inventory, and computer illustration. The curriculum includes practical experience in a 100-acre botanical garden, design studios, construction labs, and computer labs, teaching industry-standard software like AutoCAD and SketchUP.
