International Incorporated Bachelors (IIB) -International Foundation Year (IFY) - Continue to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - International Relations, Politics, and Security Studies

The International Foundation Year is the ideal course for international students looking to enhance their academic and English language skills. This course is designed to prepare students for their studies at the University of Bradford.

Students will enroll in this course for one year, and upon successful completion, they will receive a level 3 award and be able to advance to the first year of their chosen university degree program.

Throughout the International Foundation Year, students will: • Attend classes on the university campus • Have access to all university facilities and student resources

By placing international developments in historical context, the program focuses on recent and current processes, trends, and challenges. It explores efforts to address international and regional issues in policy and practice.

The program offers intensive academic training in key concepts, theories, and case studies, as well as opportunities to engage with contemporary debates and experiences shared by policymakers, diplomats, and practitioners. Students will participate in political simulations, field trips, and specialized workshops to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical applications in the field.
