Prepares students to transfer to colleges and universities offering a bachelor's degree in family sciences or child development for advanced careers with children and families. Students will acquire a cross-cultural understanding of the development of the child and families and the social and economic roles of diverse individuals, families, and communities. Also prepares students for careers in early childhood.
