On the MSc/PGDip/PGCert Criminal Justice programme students will learn from experts. Students will develop their understanding of criminal justice theories and concepts in real-world settings.
Students will be taught by tutors with academic and professional experience. The course will develop student ability to understand the Criminal Justice System (CJS) at a conceptual and operational level. Students will look at both UK and international perspectives.
Students will analyse social, economic and political influences to explore how different societies attempt to control crime and offenders. This includes youth, race, gender and the media.
Optional modules allow students to advance their critical analytical skills in various fields. Choose from international criminal law, terrorism, open source internet investigation and multi-agency Early Action Partnerships.
