The Master of Science in Research Methods allows student to acquire a range of psychological research methods and skills to investigate human behaviour, culminating in an ability to conduct rigorous research independently.
It develops a well-founded knowledge and critical understanding of the mind and behaviour through learning about a chosen area of Psychology (forensic, clinical, clinical and developmental neuropsychology, and health),demonstrate a critical understanding of Psychology as an empirical science.
It develops key transferable skills including critical thinking, project management, presentation and research and helps student benefit from the Psychology department’s research and professional practice collaborations and initiatives while undertaking rigorous research using state-of-the-art facilities under expert staff guidance.
