The Environmental Technician program at Canadore College prepares students for meaningful careers in environmental science, sustainability, and resource management. This two‑year Ontario College Diploma program provides a strong foundation in the practical and theoretical aspects of environmental protection, monitoring, and remediation.

Students learn to collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data, while gaining hands‑on experience in field sampling, laboratory analysis, water and wastewater testing, air and soil quality assessment, and environmental legislation compliance.
