As the global economy has expanded, the importance of logistics and supply chain management has grown significantly.
Students will learn about various aspects of business operations, including procurement, logistics and transportation, supplier relations, and inventory management. With this knowledge, they can contribute to the operational efficiency of a company. Given Manitoba's geographically central location, job opportunities in this field are diverse and plentiful.
This major is designed to provide pathways to industry, with several courses offered in conjunction with the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT).
