Certificate of Achievement - Carpentry - The Certificate of Achievement in Carpentry prepares students with the practical knowledge and technical skills required for careers in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. The curriculum covers framing, blueprint reading, construction materials, building codes, tool operation, safety procedures, and finishing techniques while emphasizing precision, craftsmanship, and industry-standard construction practices. Students develop practical experience through laboratory instruction and hands-on construction projects that strengthen technical competency, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Graduates are prepared for entry-level employment in the construction industry and may pursue apprenticeship opportunities or continue their education in advanced carpentry and construction management programs.
