Program Description The University of Bradford and Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust have joined together to offer a Harrogate Pathway with the aim to recruit locally and therefore develop a sustainable workforce.
This pathway may be of interest to local people with commitments in the area, especially more mature applicants with dependants who may find traveling further afield difficult.
By providing all but one of the practice placements within the Trust we are offering a long term relationship to students. This is also reflected within our commitment agreement.
The pathway is advantageous to the Trust as newly registered practitioners who have followed the pathway will be familiar with the Trust policies and processes as well as having developed working relationships with existing staff.
