What you will study
If students finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree. Property development and planning is fundamental to the growth of the property industry – from scheme proposal, site identification and analysis, through to design, viability, finance and marketing. NTU's course has been developed to enable students to focus on adding value to land and property, as an adviser, consultant or developer of the future. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of areas including spatial and urban design, site appraisal, sustainability, planning and development consultancy and management of the development process. Alongside more specialist and technical knowledge, students will focus on business planning, client care and negotiation and develop the core surveying competencies required in industry.
