Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management (045097C)

This program will combine skills and knowledge from the business world with a specialisation in sport and recreation-specific content such as Events Management, Physical Activity and Health, Psycho-social Aspects of Sport and Physical Activity and The Australian Sports System.

As part of the Bachelor of Commerce, Student's will have the opportunity to major in various disciplines such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing and Public Relations. The wide choice of disciplines allows students to customise student's degree to suit their personal and professional interests and academic strengths.

The Bachelor of Sport & Recreation Management program is designed to give students the skills to manage recreation and sporting organisations and staff and to adapt and thrive in rapid and pervasive economic, social and technological change environments. Student will also learn how to manage an individual sporting and recreational agenda and, more broadly, oversee the community’s sports and recreational facilities and resources.
