Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Graphic Design (with Foundation Year)

The combined 4 year programme allows students with lower academic marks, or whose qualifications are not equivalent to British A Levels, to gain the necessary qualifications to proceed to undergraduate study. After completing the Foundation Year, students will be eligible to progress to a number of University of Chester undergraduate programmes. Students will work in a ‘hands-on’ multidisciplinary learning environment. The curriculum has been developed to educate in the art and science of visual communication with an emphasis on professional practice and skills acquisition, while also encouraging creative risk-taking and experimentation. Students' learning will be supported within a setting that provokes creative experiences, embracing communication design as a social and commercial activity.
