This course will provide students with an opportunity to analyse the complex factors that contribute to and shape international cyber conflict. Students will also learn to demonstrate an understanding of confidence-building measures as well as the socio-political complexities and legal challenges stemming from issues of attribution, accountability, and sovereignty, as well as meet current global cyber diplomacy priorities and capacity building.
