Le programme Adjoint(e) de Direction vise à donner à l’étudiant toutes les notions essentielles en • Utilisation des outils et logiciels informatiques couramment utilisés en travail de bureau relatifs au traitement de texte et au traitement de données;

• Habiletés langagières soit une bonne maîtrise de la langue française écrite, une connaissance suffisante de la langue anglaise parlée

• Gestion des ressources humaines

• Gestion des budgets et suivi des dépenses

• Planification et organisation d’une unité de travail

Objectifs Au terme du programme, les finissants seront en mesure de : • opérer à un niveau supérieur les logiciels courants de traitement de textes et de traitement de données; • opérer un logiciel courant de présentation visuelle informatisée (Power Point); • rédiger des documents administratifs dans un français écrit de qualité; • communiquer oralement en anglais; • faire le suivi comptable des dépenses, des budgets; • assister la direction dans le recrutement du personnel; • gérer efficacement une équipe de travail; • résoudre des problèmes propres au milieu de travail de bureau; • assurer leur intégration au milieu de travail.
