The Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development provides students with the education and background to pursue a career as a preschool teacher or teacher’s assistant.
The program provides basic knowledge and an understanding of the education system and how to create and execute lessons that are age and learning-objective appropriate.
The program is designed to help students begin a career in education and can serve as a base if students wish to transition into a bachelor’s program.
