This eight-month graduate certificate program provides students with not only the foundational competencies necessary to become a supply chain professional, but also the technical and analytical skills to participate in supply chain strategy and design decisions.
In today's complex environment, supply chain experts play a key role in making decisions that reduce emissions and drive positive climate action. Seneca College’s graduate certificate will set students apart because it will ensure that they have the knowledge to assess their firm’s supply chain environmental impacts and drive positive actions to reduce carbon emissions and reduce the use of scarce non-renewable resources.
Throughout this program students will develop the following skills: • Operations planning and control • Procurement strategy and execution • Transportation • Customs • Distribution and warehouse management • Project management • Critical thinking • Leadership • Teamwork • Analysis
Students meeting all academic requirements may have the opportunity to complete an optional work term(s) in a formal work environment. The work term(s) is similar in length to an academic semester and typically involves full-time work hours that may be paid or unpaid.
