Students will assess these approaches in times of economic stability and in crisis, with a particular focus on corporate governance and on commercial transactions.
By the end of this course, students will have developed a comprehension of how commercial decisions are made taking into account their economic and social context. They will understand the nature of the company, company law and how corporate governance operates, leaving students well-equipped to enter the world of commercial law.
