What you will study

The Bachelor of Science in Criminology will explore some of the issues like factors that can explain changes in crime rates, how climate change linked to the crimes of the powerful and if all people are treated equally before the law or not. It is done by looking at the complex interactions between the state, the offender, the victim and society. Students will think critically about how laws are made and how social structures shape both crime and responses to crime.

As part of the new pathway degree program, students will also be able to specialize Criminology with: • Black Studies • Social Policy • Sustainability
