If students hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, but don’t meet the entry requirements for a master’s, a Pre-Master’s can help them gain a place on a postgraduate degree. Growing in national and international importance, international trade law is one of the exports of the English common law system. The structure of international contracts is dominated by English common law principles. In this NTU course students will develop their expertise in key areas impacting international trade and commercial law. This popular course explores diverse areas of the subject including: • international sales and carriage of goods
• insurance • international finance • international dispute resolution • World Trade Organization law
