Social Work is both the art and the science of providing services designed to assist people individually and in relationship to their environment. UWindsor's social work grads are in high demand and students will find the work meaningful and rewarding. Students will have lots of opportunities for hands-on learning including placements in year 4, joining clubs, and volunteering in the community. Students set themselves apart with a degree from one of the only combined BSW programs in Social Work and Women’s Studies in North America. UWindsor offers unique opportunities for hands-on learning, bringing students knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion into focus. They’ve got clubs, exchange opportunities and practical experience available in the community. Note: This is for students applying to the Professional Years (years 3 & 4) of the Social Work program.
