Overview
Students prepare for a career as a performer by training with professional musicians. Gain confidence through a broad range of performance experiences, including with bands, ensembles, choral, opera and musical theater, as a soloist and more. Master foundational knowledge of music theory. The Performance Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences degree is designed to prepare students for careers in music performance and related occupations. Shoreline Community College works closely with local advisory committees and industry professionals to ensure students receive the knowledge and skills currently in demand by employers in the field.
