The Conservation postgraduate research programme, based within the School of History, Archaeology and Religion, provides students with the opportunity to join a dynamic academic community dedicated to developing future researchers. Under expert supervision, students engage in a stimulating research environment that promotes critical discussion and collaboration through internationally connected research centres and seminar series. The programme supports a broad range of interdisciplinary research projects, often in partnership with major funding bodies such as the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the Wellcome Trust.

The programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge and expertise required for careers in research, academia, heritage, museums, consultancy, and contract work.
