Overview

The University of Liverpool BA Business Management programme provides a thorough grounding in a range of business subjects including entrepreneurship, management, operations and leadership, the chance to work with real businesses and the opportunity to specialize in areas such as marketing, football, finance and events management.

Students will be taught by academic staff with professional industry experience in a variety of business sectors. Accredited by CIMA to give students the skills to understand how businesses operate, are managed, create strategies and how people work together. Ranked 2nd in the Russell Group Universities for ‘teaching quality’ (Times Good University Guide 2021).

From the first year of study, students are introduced to the problems and challenges of the business world and how to solve them. By the final year of the programme, students will have the knowledge, skills, business awareness and confidence to succeed in the wider business world. Liverpool's graduates successfully go on to find a variety business related careers in organizations such as Jaguar Land Rover, The Co-operative Bank, IBM, Home Office, KPMG, Microsoft, PwC, Santander and a range of smaller companies.
