Skills Certificate - Casino Dealing - The Skills Certificate in Casino Dealing prepares students with the technical knowledge and professional skills required to work as casino dealers in regulated gaming environments. The curriculum introduces dealing procedures for a variety of casino table games, gaming regulations, customer service, casino operations, cash handling, game security, and professional communication while emphasizing accuracy, integrity, and exceptional guest service. Students develop practical dealing skills through simulated gaming environments that strengthen confidence, technical proficiency, and interpersonal communication. Graduates are prepared for entry-level dealer positions in casinos, resorts, and licensed gaming establishments.
