Bachelor of Law (Honours) - Corporate Law (M221)

The Bachelor of Law in Corporate Law has been designed to allow learners to engage with the numerous aspects of law, including both the theoretical underpinning as well as practical execution and critical analysis of the law. The Corporate Law pathway will enable graduates to tailor their studies to obtain specialist knowledge relating to corporate law and practice. By the end of their studies, they will have specialized legal knowledge on the formation of businesses and operations within the business, including employment issues, trading laws and protection of intellectual property. Students will also have the opportunity to advise clients via the Law Clinic on corporate law issues and undertake an extended piece of research via the dissertation module on a self-selected corporate law topic.
