Program Description The Pathway in Engineering, Computing, and Technology will target student's technical and mathematical skills needed to create new technologies and structures. Students in these disciplines will find it necessary to work confidently in multi-disciplinary teams throughout their careers. A foundation in Engineering, Computing and Technology is structured around projects working with others from different degree programmes, enabling them to begin to develop this extremely important transferable skill. If students are fascinated by coding and are looking to take their interest further, the Software Engineering degree in Cambridge is fitting. Learn techniques to identify, analyse and test IT solutions that industry needs and gain the edge on the competition with an optional placement year. Students will get the chance to develop essential skills in popular and relevant programming languages including JavaScript, Java, PHP and .net framework supported by MySQL and MSSQL Server databases. They will also build up all of the skills and knowledge they need to create and implement innovative IT systems.
